Halloween Book Recommendations

Image
Hi Lovelies,  These are 3 books that I recommend to get into the Halloween spirit. Goosebumps is my introduction to the horror genre. Welcome of the Dead House is one of my favorite book from the series. I remember staying up at night with a flashlight sneaking to finish the book. While I recommend Home Before Dark by Riley Sager if you enjoy the series The Haunting of Hill House. I didn't expect the twists and I devour the book in one night as I just couldn't put it down.   Finally, the list is not complete without the Master of Horror Literature, Edgar Allan Poe. My favorites are The Cask of Amontillado, The Pit and the Pendulum, and The Masque of the Red Death What are your Halloween book recommendations?  Please tell me below. The Dark Vault (The Archived #1-2.5)  by Victoria Schwab Imagine a place where the dead rest on shelves like books. Each body has a story to tell, a life seen in pictures only Librarians can read. The dead are called Histories, and the vast realm in which they rest is the Archive. Da first brought Mackenzie Bishop here four years ago, when she was twelve years old, frightened but determined to prove herself. Now Da is dead, and Mac has grown into what he once was: a ruthless Keeper, tasked with stopping often violent Histories from waking up and getting out. Because of her job, she lies to the people she loves, and she knows fear for what it is: a useful tool for staying alive. Being a Keeper isn't just dangerous...
