June 2022 Haul and Favorites
Hi Lovelies! This month I haven't really enjoyed the books that I read so far. But I do have a lot of non-book related favorites such as the Summer I Turned Pretty series. The series was nostalgic in a sense that I was so invested with the book trilogy when I was in high school and I loved it but in terms of story and character wise the tv series was better in my opinion. There were so many excited parts in the series that was not in the book. Belly, in the series, was less annoying and cringy. I also like how outspoken she was in the tv series. I also did explored around Makati and tried a new pizza place and cafe. Crosta pizzeria reminds me of New York Style Pizza from Prince street. My sister and I also saw a new cafe called OddCafe and they are a vegan coffee shop. I usually go with whole milk with my coffee but I did enjoy the oatmilk in their specialty drinks. At the start of the month, my family and I went to La Union and Baguio and I brought some jewelry in Baguio. I got
