About The Book:
Five-minute girlfriend. That's what Jett signs up for when she meets Adrian and his band Arabella at beach music festival Summer Storm. One kiss and the attraction is too electric to ignore, but Jett has no room for love and Adrian is Mr. Relationship who's getting over his recent breakup. The solution? Keep it simple. Keep it casual. For three months (that's the rule about breakups, right?), Jett helps Adrian move on and Adrian shows up on Jett's bed whenever she wants.

Then the three months are up and neither of them are in a hurry to be the first to leave. Does Jett walk away from a potential disaster or does she finally let someone into her closely-guarded heart?

My Review:
Disclaimer: I received a copy of this book in exchange for an HONEST review.

I need more!!!!! This is like book crack. It's dangerously addictive and I feel bad for those who haven't read this book because you need Jett, Adrian, and the rest of Arabella in your life, especially Franklin. You just can't help but love the characters the author has created.

We have Jett who is not into commitment and relationship. While we have Adrian who is Mr. Relationship and when he sees a mess, he can't help but clean it. And that is why they are the perfect pair. Because Jett doesn't like opening up about herself and talking about problems but Adrian is the kind of person who wants to talk it up and confront the situation.

Furthermore, What I like about Feels like Summer is its more than romance. It's about Jett growing up and breaking free from her self-destructive routine. It's about Adrian moving on from Ellie. And I love how these two broken people fix each other. I also like the friendship factor here. I like the dynamics between the characters and how Jett became to open up to more people. We can see her character develop from being this girl who keeps to herself to a more social person. Also, the conversations between the characters are so hilarious and witty. It reminds me of the conversations I have with my friends, which is nice because the author did not force anything and the interaction between the characters are so mundane and natural.

I really recommend this book. This has gotten me out of my reading slump and it is just a perfect and quick read, great for summer. But I have to remind you, summer heat + this book = super hot. Just remember to cool yourself. Moreover, I hope there will be more books featuring the characters maybe a book about Michael Brian or Franklin

P.S Congratulations and thank you to Ms. Six de los Reyes for giving me the opportunity to read and review this book. And also you owe me the shower scene! 😜

XOXO,
Isabel
