Hi Lovelies! I am back and very much alive. I took a little break from blogging and posting on my bookstagram because I got hit by the reading slump real bad. After my trip to China last January, I could not get myself to read. I would read a couple of pages here and there but I could not get immersed enough and finish a whole book. This reading slump of mine lasted for 2 months. I guess I was dealing with a lot of personal problems and school work that I am constantly emotionally and physically tired.  It was just last month were I finally got to read and finish 4 books. Since I am in quarantine I do have the extra time to read or listen to audiobooks. The whole quarantine is making me anxious and the fact that I still have a lot of school requirements that needed to be submitted does add to my stress. I attended the Meet Between The Pages: A Bookworm Party by Fully Booked last Saturday, October 19, 2019 in Fully Booked: Bonifacio High Street. I was nervous to attend because I am an introvert and I do not do well with social events. But the staffs were very welcoming and the other bookworms were very nice. It was fun to meet a lot of people who share the same interest as me. Hi lovelies! I am actually proud of my wrap up for this month. I did a Birthday readathon this month and I was able to read a lot of my books that have been in my TBR pile for a while such as Kingdom of Ash and The President is Missing. My goal for this month is to read 10 books and I did read 10 books. I wanted to really a lot of books this month especially since school have started and looking at the syllabus of my class I won't be have the time to read as much as I want. So moving on here are the books that I read:  1. A Flair for Flip Flops by Deborah Garner  I received a copy of this book in exchanged for an honest review.  I had a hard time getting into the story because it was the 5th book of a series and I usually want to read book one first but once I read past 50 pages I got hooked into the story.
